What Causes Cracked Lips With White Sore On Outside Of Lip?

I am 14 and I have had very cracked lips for about 2 days now. This morning I woke up and there is a white sore on the outside of the middle of my upper lip. I dont know if its a cold sore or not but its white and kinda cracked looking. I have been having sexual activity with my boyfriend for about 3 months if that means anything.
