What Causes Cracking Sound And Soreness In Neck Which Aggravates While Sleeping On Back?

My neck is always making a cracking sound and my shoulder blade to my neck fells sore also; also when I go to bed lay down my right hand side from my shoulders to the back seem to ache a lot can t seem to find a comfortable position that ache feelings seems more prone when I m laying flat on my back and I have problems sleeping sideways it seems that bones seem to crumble just painful.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may be due to cervical spondylitis or may be due to muscular spams and it can be symptomatically managed but important is underlying cause of correct diagnosis and for that you need to get doe the CT of cervical spine, hope this information helps, take care. (Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release can be taken once in day)
