What Causes Crackling Noise And Coughing During Pregnancy?
i have a crakeling noise when i exhale, its making me cough constantly. since i m pregnant I cannot take any cold medicine or halls or anything that might help sooth my throat. Besides that constant coughing, i have no other symptoms besides soarness - most likely from the coughing and head aches.
As per my clinical experience, the crackling noise and coughing during pregnancy indicates viral or bacterial infection involving lower respiratory tract infection most likely. My guidelines at present during pregnancy period: - Do gargles with salted lukewarm water 3 times a day - Consume tulsi leaves and turmeric powder added in boiled skimmed milk for ayurvedi healing properties - Avoid aerated drinks and dairy items - Avoid exposure to pollen or atmospheric dust, if required, use face mask wisely
Consult your OBGYN as per the progress of the condition.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
