What Causes Cracks Along With Drainage From Nipples?

My nipples are cracked and weepy. I do have a history of eczema, and my regular GP believes that the nipple problem is just eczema (as it looks, feels, and acts the same way) however the steroid cream I use is no longer effective. are there any other options? The steroid cream used to work, but the eczema would always come back. Now it just stops the itching for a couple of hours, while the weeping continues

Hi,
It seems that there might be having Eczema with repeated bacterial infection.
Clean the local part with warm water and apply triple action cream.
To control infection go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5-7 days.
Avoid wearing synthetic bra, wear cotton bra.
For itching take Cetrizine or Benadryl regularly which will control itching and so there wont be having bacterial infection.
Ok and take care.
