Kindly clean the spot with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine twice daily. Apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream on the spot after drying. You can take antiinflammatory medication like Ibuprofen. Kindly maintain good genital hygiene. It would be better to use barrier methods like condoms while having intercourse.
