What Causes Cramping And Back Pain After Stopping Depo Shot?
I just got off the depo a few days ago. I am experiencing cramps and lower back pain. Is this normal and will this go away? I am also hoping to lose some of the weight I gained on the shot. Will that happen soon or over time? I am 42 years old 150 lbs and have been on the shot for 14 years.
Cramping and back pain is likely to be premenstrual symptoms. You will get your period in a few days. Depo shots can cause weight gain which will eventually shed over few months after stopping Depo along with a healthy diet and exercise.
