What Causes Cramping And Rectal Bleeding?

yesterday morning I started having major abd pain and cramping followed by diarrhea continued throughout the day then about half way through I starred bleeding sometimes 1 tbs to 4-5 tbs the pain is still continueing but not as frequent like yesterday but still as severe and seems like there's only blood coming out anymore also the blood has been a bright red to medium dark red
