Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have periodic cramping in my right hand on the outside area near the little finger. Also my little finger at times seems to not bend freely. On my palm, I have a small protrusion that looks like it matches up with the tendon to my little finger and the 4th finger. Tightness in my neck, shoulders and elbow area.
As per my clinical experience, this sounds to be possible nerve compression from bony spurt or growth around carpel tunnel or wrist joint. An x-ray with your consultant will help further management protocols.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
