What Causes Cramping In The Neck And Face While On Lovastatin?

Hi, I have mild cramping in neck and face, as of late. Occasionally, in lower extremeties. I am 68 yrs old, and take lovastatin, triempterine hydrochlorothyaside (sp?), and levothyroxine; last on just recently; other two for several years. What is causing this cramping?
