General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to many medical conditions. So, I recommend the following examinations for further evaluation.

1) A complete blood count and a urinalysis to exclude the possibility of a urinary tract infection.

2) An abdominal ultrasound to confirm the presence of gas in the intestine.

Meanwhile,I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan three times a day to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
