Hello, I got my tubes tied May 19th 2015. Ive been having cramping since then. Recently I had a heavy period and 2 weeks later, spotting and now i feel nasuea, vomitting and i feel the fluttering feeling in my stomach as if i were pregnant. I am so scared

You should get ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any pelvic inflammatory disease or any other abnormalities in genitourinary tract.
Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen alongwith anti spasmodic like drotavarine can be helpful for symptomatic relief.
