What Causes Cramps And Involuntary Movements In Legs Post Tramadol Withdrawal?

I have just come out of hospital after a severe reaction while taking Citalopram 40g and Tramadol SR. The doctor sent me home with Diazepam 2g and to discontinue taking Tramadol. I am feeling horrible, very gittery all over, cramps and jerking in the legs. I feel terrible can you please help me.
