What Causes Cramps And Pain In Bicep And Arms?
I get cramps that start in my right bicep and spreads down my arm and across my shoulders and down my left arm. It lasts for several minutes and sometimes very severe pain. i have very little control of my arms or hands while it is like that. It doesn't happen every day but so far today it has happened 4 times.
