Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Nobody is here to judge you, and I appreciate your writing in.
We are here to share our knowledge and lessen your burden, not judge or mete out hardrock advice.
So relax.
Firstly, just take a pregnancy test , right ?
This will rule out the question of being pregnant.
If the test is negative, get yourself evaluated by a professional for the reason of your absent periods.
You do realize that you need to be seen by a gynecologist.
I need more details of your previous cysts to be more specific.
Stress, anxiety, major weight loss, late nights, smoking, drinking, erratic eating habits - all can lead to absent periods.
Thyroid hormone imbalance or polycystic ovarian disease too can cause this.
You need a thorough internal evaluation and a pelvic ultrasound scan.
Of course, your FAP status needs to be re- evaluated, as this amount of drastic weight loss is not good, nor healthy.
There has to be reason, the obvious seems to be malabsorption due to recurrence of polyps.
Feel free to write in with more details, or just to talk at -
