Possible neuropathy related issue causing cramps in both hands with locking of fingers at times. You need a clinical examination with neurologist who will evaluate your sensory as well as motor system of the upper limbs of both sides, compare the data and try to figure out certain conclusion of possible cause and accordingly you may need certain basic tests for the same.
