I am suffering with increasingly frequent cramps in my calf muscles at night but more recently increasingly during the day. I also suffer from cramp in my hands and my arms when they have done some repetitive activity such as DIY. I am also very susceptible to stitch cramps in my side especially when twisted or in an awkward position. I have also been experiencing pins and needles in my hands with increasing severity especially during sleep. I also experience a rapid twitching/fluttering in my right leg from time to time which I can liken to a mobile phone going off in my pocket. I occasionally experience shooting pains in my arms and legs. I have a raised cholesterol level of 7 and suffered from a one off attack of aortic fibrillation about six months ago - possibly stress induced. I have since had a 5 day ECG monitor which showed no significant issues . I have been through a prolonged period of stress. Any ideas?
