Hi,
I read your query and understand your concern
As pain isn't sharp and not stronge it doesn't seems that its origin is heart
Anyway you should be checked by a near doctor just to be sure that heart isn't suffering
It can be done by blood test (cardiac enzymes such as CKMB or even better troponine)
If result are normal probably you are suffering muscular disorder (fibromialgia) or anxiety disorder
Those are fully treatable so you don't have to worry too much
Till you get checked by a doctor avoid caffeine and energy drinks and take a baby aspirin
Hope I have been of help
Don't hesitate to contact me for further information or questions
Best regards
