What Causes Cramps In Hips, Back, And Waist?
For 3 days I have had cramp like pain on my left side, hip and Lower front and back. I feel the pain while I sleep anything I do, I feel this stabbing pain. Today I notice it itches and I don t really feel my self scratching. A numbness feeling. Do you know what this is?

It seems to be a muscle spasm, give hot fomentation, apply diclofenac gel, take bed rest, over the counter painkillers, if not relieved within 3 days consult your nearest hospital.
