What Causes Cramps In Lower Abdomen, swollen Breast And Delay In Periods?
I ve been experiencing cramps in my lower abdomen , and my breast feel kind of swollen this has been occurring for about two weeks. My period is now almost two weeks late , and now I feel as if my period is about to start because of the cramps and my lower back is is pain , but its a thick white discharge coming out instead , what could this be ?
Based on the history you have shared, you may be pregnant as all these signs are of pregnancy that you shared. I would recommend you to get urine pregnancy test done as you are two week late of periods so it will surely show and will clear our doubts if its negative then I would recommend you to wait for two to three days more and then get ultrasound of the pelvis done. As the cramps in the abdomen can be due to infection of the vaginal that is most likely fungal.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
