What Causes Cramps In The Big Toe?
At night I in one of my feet the big toe is pulled up and it feels like either a tendon or a muscle is cramping up and I have to get out of bed either stand on the foot or massage the area to get it to uncramp. What causes the cramping in the first place.

We have to rule out possible causes like a peripheral vascular disease. Consult a general surgeon and plan for a vascular Doppler.
As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
