General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

To relieve cramps take tablet DAN-MR for 2 to 3 days. However, it is for symptomatic relief only. We have to find out the cause of the muscle cramps.

To rule out the cause do following investigations:

-Serum electrolytes
-Serum calcium
-Vitamin B12 level
-Nerve conduction velocity test and
-Renal function tests

Consult your physician after getting these reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
