What Causes Cramps In The Left Upper Abdomen?

After dinner last night I developed colicky, cramps waves of pain to the left upper abdominal region beneath my ribs. No b Nausea, vomiting, s Diarrhea, fever etc. honestly, I thought it was trapped gas but this morning the symptoms are still there.

By your history and description, possibility of acute gastritis is more.
You might have taken some oily and spicy food which has been caused gastritis and all the symptoms.
So drink cold water. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Take pantoprazole and levosulperide combination on empty stomach.
