What Causes Cramps In The Lower Abdomen And Fatigue?
Hello! I have taken multiple pregnancy tests and they have all come back negative. However, I was due for my period on the 19th. I have been having cramping on my right side my my ovary, extremely tired, my stomach growls even though I just ate, and at times when I m sitting it feels like something is pushing on the bottom of my ribs.
As far as your presentation is concerned your doctor might prescribed you to do USG abdomen for rule out any organic cause if present.. Like ovarian problem
Pregnancy test usually positive one week after delayed period, so repeat pregnancy test after this duration
Sometime excess stress, obesity, excess exercise, prolonged anorexia can lead delayed menstruation
Diabetes, thyroid problem also can lead it so rule out by RBS and serum TSH
Take care
Consult physician for examination and further work up
