What Causes Cramps In The Lower Abdomen?

I am having lower stomach cramps and what feels like stomach gurgling. I did a homemade pregnancy test with vinegar and it came back positive. I did another one with bleach (outside obviously) and it came back positive. Is it likely that I am pregnant?

A positive pregnancy test confirms pregnancy which may intend to explain your symptoms. I will suggest you see the doctor for a pelvic ultrasound to exclude pregnancy-related complications that may cause lower abdominal cramps like threatened abortion and ectopic pregnancy.
