What Causes Cramps In The Lower Abdomen?

Having cramps in lower abdomen and groin brought on by a turn or twist. Also experiencing cramps or spasms in the back also brought on by turn or twist such as reaching behind to clean myself in the restroom. Feels like muscles but I have never had pain so bad from cramping muscles.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your question and here is my advice.
I suspect you are having kidney stones and pain is renal colicha.
You should take spasmex or buscopan for pain.
Also do an ultrasound or urinary tract x-ray to check for stone and also visit urologist.
Drink lots of fluids and water to help it desolve and come out.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
