General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can have gastroenteritis like infective condition of intestine.

For that, you need to prescribed antacid drug for week.

The broad spectrum antibiotic course also needs to be prescribed.

Avoid the intake of excess spicy foods and fatty foods.

Excess tea, coffee also should be avoided.

If no improvement than USG abdomen scan should be done for further work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
