I'm 18 an I get abdominal pains right before I fart... The pain is sometimes bearable and sometimes not ...
Its more like period cramps
I'm not bleeding or anything just a bit gasy....
But I recently had my period which lasts three days and afterwards I still got the pains right before I fart ...

dear ,
ur symptoms are suggestin dyspepsia and increased bowel movements, u did not mention about constipation so i will give u an overall idea of treatment.
take plenty of fluid, need to take stool softener lik liq. paraffin or syp. loose , and have antacids and prokinetic drugs like domperidone or mosapride,
for cramps u can have tab. buscopan or meff-d or somthing like these combination.
