Yes, I am a 56 year old African American female and I have been experiencing cramping of my toes, fingers and sometimes calf area for most of my life. As I have gotten older, the cramping seems to have gotten worse. Why I am experiencing this and what can I do to alleviate the pain cause from cramping
you are saying that you are having this problem from long time....people with diabetes or thyroid problems experience cramps more than normal people....so do you have any co-morbidities like diabetes hypertension thyroid problems etc?
the treatment should be like- take plenty of fluids and fresh fruits... do a complete blood count, serum sodium potassium calcium magnesium... do a ppbs, t3, t4, tsh... take some muscle relaxants to reduce pain....
get back to me with the reports.... hope that was helpful... regards
