What Causes Cramps, Pain In Abdomen During And After Intercourse And Constipation?
Hello, I am a 22 year old female and I have been experiencing very bad menstrual cycles and discomfort at other times. The cramping that occurs causes me to take 10-15 Ibuprofen a day. I have pain during and after sex in my abdomen and experience constipation regularly. Do you have any idea what this could be or a way to fix it?

I think you may need to get further evaluated.
Do a urine analysis and vaginal secretions smear. Also doing an ultrasound to check for cysts is advisable.
