Hi,

When is your menses? Is your menses regular? I suggest you to take
1.There might be chances of pregnancy but confirm it with Early morning Urine pregnancy test.
2. T.Ponstan forte 500mg 9 mefenamic acid for 5 days after food
3. T.Omeprazole 40mg for 5 days.
4.Consult your gynecologist for further diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
