What Causes Cramps, Vaginal Discharge With Odor And Painful Urination Post Ablation?
I man seeing my gynecologist for a one week post op for hyperoscopy D&C and ablation. I am having cramps, very foul smelling discharge, and painful urination. However, with these symptoms going on for days I have no fever, could this still be an infection?

Hi, I think it can be due to infections. Sometimes fever is not there. You need a proper course of antibiotics with anaerobic coverage. Discuss with your doctor. Urine can be painful due to urine infections. Get urine tested for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink plenty of water. Take some urine alkaliser. Hope I have answered your question.
