What Causes Cramps When Walking After A Stretching?

Hi. I am a 20 yr female and have had a lot of back pain recently. IM nervous because I have had degenerative symptoms. I would hear something crack every time I stretched. It was super uncomfortable and it would take me about 10 minutes to get it to crack. That lasted about 2 months.... recently I have been getting a cramp near my left rear/hip area when walking. However, Yest I woke up with back pain(entire back) and then my neck began to hurt. By the end of the day I couldn t swallow. My jaw , throat, neck, and back (most sever) hurt! I cant bend my head down entirely. I get pain on the right side behind my neck a..all the way down to my lower back. (

Hello,

From the details mentioned,i suspect there may be chances of sinusitis.

I would advice you to take complete course of antibiotics along with analgesics.

Cause for sinus infection has to be evaluated and treated accordingly.

Avoid cold fluids.

Warm vaporizer has to be used regularly.

Hope this helps.
