What Causes Crawling Sensation Under The Skin?

Yes you can. please. i have had a crawling sensation as well as a popping sensation under my skin. It comes in cycles. Along with this i have a lump that grows near my pubic hair area.. As the lump begins to decrease, the crawling sensation begins. It is always a cycle. I have had this for a long time. When the cycle starts it do not stop for hours at a time. Constant crawling and popping. The only way i can get relief is to scratch the area. It is so bad that at times i feel as though i will loose my mind. I did have a stool sample done to see if it is Parasites, however the results were negative. Because i have Fibromyalgia my Doctor feels that it is nerve damage due to the Fm. However how do we explain the lump that grows on my body. The lump actually looks and feels like little seeds. Thank you for any help you can give me.
