hi sir i am a type 2 diabetic and a creamy paste is forming on my penis under the fore skin and the fore skin is becoming brittle dry and having splits and i am unable to draw the fore skin back easily . it is becoming very difficult to have free and comfort intercorse and my wife passage is also becoming dry pl help us in this regard
The white discharge that you see under the foreskin is smegma, a normal secretion of the oil glands around the penis. Smegma should be cleaned daily, use a mild soap and warm water to wash the area that's usually covered by your foreskin, keep it clean. Since you are unable to retract (slip back easily) the foreskin and it has become dry / brittle, you should get clinically examined by a urologist.
You may need a circumcision done. Your wife is also experiencing dryness of the vagina so you must use vaginal lubricants before intercourse. Take food rich in vitamin E or Cap. Evion - 400mg, once daily for 20 days (for both partners), dryness will reduce.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
