Montek LC is effective anti-allergic medication to treat the seasonal allergies from dust, smoke, insect skin, pollen and pet allergy which can cause sinus, sneezing and various other health problems. Most common side effects experienced with its use are - diarrhea, dizziness, cough, headache, vomiting, stomach pain and sore throat. It needs to be used with caution in patients with history of liver disease, suicidal thoughts, mental problem, and during pregnancy and lactation. Consumption of this medication is not known to be associated directly with kidney dysfunction. If your husband s serum creatinine is high, the cause for it needs to be evaluated and treated.
