Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

His symptoms could be suggestive of a neurodegenerative disorder like dementia or vitamin E or vitamin B12 deficiency. I recommend consulting with his doctor for some cognitive tests. It is also important performing nerve conduction studies, in case his reflexes are diminished.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
