What Causes Crunching Sound In Neck Along With Pain And Dizziness?

I have a crunching sound in my neck, pain, dizziness, nausea, and feel like fainting. This condition occurs when I sleep on back, lay flat with neck unsupported, or in dentists chair with head lower than rest of body. In severe cases, nausea so bad I vomit, and accompanied with profuse sweating. Any idea?

Well come to HCM
This may be cervical spondylitis and that must be giving such crunching sound even vertigo may be the cause of this it is better to get done x-ray of cervical spine if this comes positive then this need to be managed accordingly it is advisable to have opinion from orthopedic surgeon, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
