What Causes Cut On Inside Of Penis Tip?

Hi, I have something I can t really explain. On the inside of the tip on my penis.. It looks like a cut,or at least I thought it was since It was cut months ago and healed up after a couple weeks but now it s back it s been there for days and nothing has changed and this time when I touch it, it doesn t hurt.. I even tried using neosporin as well but hasn t helped.. I haven t had any burning in my pee or any itching.. Thanks

Hi,

Do you have any difficulty in retracting foreskin? This suggests phimosis, and can cause recurring cuts there. If present, avoid forceful retraction and consult a surgeon for its management. To heal the present one, keep the area clean and dry and try Mupirocin ointment applied twice daily for 5 days.
