What Causes Cuts And Itching On The Head Of Penis?

I am not very sexually active. Ive been with one person for almost a year now. but for the past 2-3 months im experiencing discomfort in my penis. I have a lot of itchiness on my penis head and to get rid of it i ve to clean it every 5 hours and there s a bit of smegma on it. Also i m getting cuts on my penis every now and then. i m uncut and now i m also seeing that my foreskin causes wrinkles on the penis head. i think the color is going a bit purple too. what is happening?

Hi.

First of all, consider a circumcision which can solve more than half your issues. Next, find the cause for the cuts and try to be more safe. Finally, use an anti-fungal topical cream for 10 days like clotrimazole, to be applied twice daily.
