What Causes Cuts On Foreskin Post Intercourse?

Hi Sir, I am 33 year male, I have developed foreskin problem for last 1.5 years . My foreskin cracks during intercourse or when pulled back. It gets healed in 2-3 days if I avoid intercourse. But cracks r very painful while passing urine or having intrrcourse . I maintain reasonable level of hygiene n wash area under foreskin with water daily during the shower. My conjugal life is badly suffering due to this problem. Please suggest some medication , I don t want to go for circumcision. Thanks

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection or irritation from chemicals like soaps you use for cleaning. Excessive cleaning also can cause such problem as the fore skin is very sensitive. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Using ointments or creams with combination of antifungal like miconazole and corticosteroid like beclamethasone will be helpful.
