latley my hands and thighs have been turning a purple blue...i went to the doctors for it but she looked shocked and didnt know what the heckm was wrong with me...its now sreading to my thighs and down to my feet, its not on my feet though. and today in soccer for the first time i could barley breath.i got dizzy and my chest hurt.i dont know whats wrong with me..
First of all don't get panic about this condition. I read through this query and must say it can be a condition called cyanosis. It is due to lack of oxygen reaching the tissues for energy. It can be due to respiratory or cardiac cause. You only gave symptom of difficulty in breathing during soccer. Nothing to get worried go to a physician and explain him symptoms. It can be cured if it is due to underlying causes other than genetic. In the meantime do breathing exercise called pranayama (anulom vilom) and practice yoga. I have personal results from these so I am recommending that. Besides that stay calm and happy. Happy and cool mind is best medicine for any condition.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
