What Causes Cyst Beside The Anus Oozing Blood And Clear Fluid?

I have a cyst right next to my anus. Almost in it. About the size of a big marble. It will not pop! Heat pad only makes it run in my leg. The heat pad relives some pain so I use. I take hot epsome salts baths. Blood and some clear fluid I got out of it yesterday. What should I do that may not involve a Dr.? At the moment I am uninsured. I am 38 years of age I don t want to lance it because of the area. Do you have any advice?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the cyst but chances of induration, swelling is very likely due to infection it may turn into abscess later on, in my opinion it can be given try with anti-inflammatory drugs and best would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, if this proved infection then may needs anti-biotic Tab Amoxicillin can be used three times in day, clinical examination is must for right diagnosis hope this information helps.
