What Causes Cyst, pain In Abdomen, frequent Urination And Gas?

Should I worry about ovarian cancer? I have a recent finding of a left cyst with internal echoes measures 5.5x5.8x4.1 cm. pain in the abdomen (I do have dyspepsia and gastritis, had treated hpylori), pain in low back and pelvis, frequency of urination with difficulty emptying, bloating and gas. Phleboliths were found as I was worried about kidney stones (had two before one required a stent then lithotripsy). Urine is clear, no infection or blood. My family physician referred me to an OBGYN on Tuesday. He saw me immediately and will remove the cyst laparoscopically in two weeks. I understand internal echoes means there is something solid. My grandmother (from mother) died of breast cancer at 37.

Urologist 's  Response
Hi
Internal echoes does not always mean problems or cancer. It can also be due to bleeding with in the cyst and other benign causes such as calcium deposits. Please put your mind to rest and get over the surgery. The true nature will be revealed when the cyst is examined under microscope by the pathologist.
