Hi,

You need immediate dermatologist review to look for nature of cysts. Whether autoimmune, infective or neoplastic all possibilities should be ruled out on examination.

Biopsy from any of these cysts may be required. Local lymph node enlargement should also be ruled out.

Blood counts and inflammatory markers as well as LDH may be needed. Treatment would depend on the cause.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
