What Causes Cysts On The Face And Neck While Having Testicular Cancer?
My coworker is a testicular cancer survivor. He has developed numerous large cysts on his face and neck. They are about the size of a quarter and project approximately 1/2 an inch outwards. He is bipolar and has depression. He s refusing to see a doctor. I want to help him understand that he may not have cancer again and that he should see a physician. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be swollen lymph nodes and can be part of cancer spread but of course, needs evaluation by a physician.
Nature of swelling can only be assessed on examination and if needed an ultrasound or biopsy of the swelling.
