What Causes Dark And Foul Smelling Urination?
Hi i have a 5 year child that has always had dark urine that smells terrible. She has problems wetting herself atleast 2-6 times a day but she know shes is suppose to go to the potty. Her school is at their wits end with her and im not sure what to do. I am wondering if it can be caused by a medical problem?

It could be due to urinary tract infection.
Consult a paediatrician and get a urine culture done and start antibiotics according to the culture report.
Nothing much to worry and the symptoms will improve with proper antibiotics.
