General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, one year back poison ivy has no concern with current issue dark blisters on fingers. However, as it is recurrent issue with coming and going, a detailed evaluation with panel work of following is mandatory:
- Complete hemogram with platelet count and morphology to reveal any structural abnormality
- Level of blood clotting factors, particularly that of factor II, VII, IX and X as well as active protein C and S
- Bleeding time, clotting time and activated partial thromboplastin time

If any of the reports are available with you, kindly share with me during follow up discussion, so that better healthy discussion can be initiated. One thing, I would like to add that if you are consuming any abuse substance such as morphine (known to provoke episodic spasm of distal arteries and arterioles), please consult your doc immediately.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
