What Causes Dark Brown Bleeding During Period With Headaches?
i got my period the 14th of this month but it wasnt red it was dark brown and only lasted 2 days than for 1 day i spotted light pink than it went away. ive been tired, alot of headaches and i have to pee more than usual pluss loss off appetite iany idea what could be causing this?
If this is your first episode I am not suggesting you any evaluation, but if this is repeat episodes I will suggest you to undergo few minimum investigations i.e. scan pelvis (to see if there is any problem with uterus or ovaries), thyroid function test (thyroid abnormalities can present with irregular bleeding) and haemoglobin (to rule out anaemia).
Generally treatment is recommended after investigation but combined OC pills can be used with similar episodes.
In short, you can wait for a few days more and I expect this brown bleeding or light pink spotting to stop.
If symptoms persist or if the episodes recur subsequently, you are advised to seek medical attention.
Consult your gynecologist for further evaluation.

What Causes Dark Brown Bleeding During Period With Headaches?
Hi, Welcome to health care magic, As per your history and problem, actually it seems to be DUB i.e DYSFUNCTIONAL UTERINE BLEEDING which occurs due to hormonal imbalance.
