I have an implanon since mid-April. For the past near two weeks I have noticed a dark brown stringy discharge coming from my vagina and I have been suffering from vaginal cramping. On another topic which I don t think is related to the above I have been receiving abdominal cramping, hardening and pain around my intestinal area and I feel that I lack the ability release gas properly. My bowels keep making noises mostly at night and pressing down on my intestinal area is very discomforting. I also receive sharp pains around said areas and around my colon area. I also have a family history of IBS.
