What Causes Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge After Taking Unwanted-72?

Hello! I have been noticing a dark brown vaginal discharge since yesterday. I even notices 1 tbs of blood in noon time today. I got physical 7 days back,but we didn't have a proper sex,,I mean I didn't felt sperms discharge. Even for sake of being sure I have taken unwanted 72 that day only in

10 hrs of having sex . I am very much tensed please let me know wat is dis going on with me.
